The STARS Enterprise Monitoring app provides the actual status of all connected test cells and measurement equipment.

The Monitoring app also grants remote access from anywhere to any connected automation system or device controller by a push of a button. This provides local and remote service technicians access for further analysis of any problem.

The extensive logging and storage capabilities make STARS Enterprise Monitoring an invaluable asset: Logging system parameters, detailed alarm and status information provide easy access to historical data whenever it is needed; service reports, verification check reports and manuals are available at any time without the hassle to search for them.

Keeping track of maintenance schedules, service requests and ticket system to handle any resource related issue. Issues and tickets are also consistently tracked and traceability is kept within the legislative requirements.

The Resource Management app is the part of STARS Enterprise providing centralized management of parameterization attributes (meta data) that are required to be entered for every single test(fuel parameters, dynamometer coefficients, vehicle data, etc.).

The Workflow Management app is the element inside STARS Enterprise ensuring that test sequences are executed in the correct order along with meeting all the requirements for timing and other constrains.

STARS Enterprise Mobile Lab Assistant

The assistant is a mobile app which accompanies the lab operator staff. It is used to display the pending activities and tasks across all parallel running workflows, allows to filter and sort for certain tasks, time spans or critical activities. It helps to understand the occupation of the various test stations and helps with scanning QR or barcodes for documenting or trigger the various workflow events.

Features:

  • Portable list of tasks and activities bound to the person or to the test station,

STARS Enterprise's Result Management app manages the centralized storage for all test results and reports generated by the connected test stations.

The Quality Results Management app combines calibration management with business process management to create an improved system for controlling calibration and maintaining measurement instrumentation. It includes tracking full measurement, calibration and maintenance with environmental conditions, measurement uncertainty, proper certificate preparation, calibration technician training, technical competence and change control.

It is supporting Quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/TS 16949; regulatory traceability requirements such as CFR 1065/1066 requirements
